During my Christmas stay, I liked the convenient location of the hotel, being within walking distance to key attractions in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great tours and providing excellent service. the WiFi connection was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.
There were a couple of aspects that I disliked about my experience. the rooms had a bit of a smell and the bathrooms were not always clean.

The surrounding area is impressive, with plenty of shops, bars, and eateries. The garden adds to the charm of the property, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Guests also appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, pressure showers, and free morning coffee.
The lockers are a bit small for all guests' belongings.

Great breakfast and comfortable beds! the location of the accommodation was perfect for exploring the town, it was very central. the staff were incredibly helpful and always willing to give us tips on the best places to visit during our stay. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden that was a great place to relax and unwind.
They were very outdated and not very clean, which made showering a bit of a challenge.

We had a fantastic stay at a welcoming hostel in a great location. The communal kitchen was well-equipped and had high-quality utensils, making cooking a pleasure. The owners were incredibly helpful, allowing us to use their phone late at night when our transport didn't show up. We were even offered a comfortable place to sleep and a delicious breakfast. Despite a few minor inconveniences, our overall experience was wonderful and we highly recommend this hostel.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food at the hotel was absolutely amazing, and the grounds were well-maintained and clean. We loved the great view of the surroundings, particularly Agua volcano. Another great aspect was the reliable and fast wifi - it was even better than what I have at home!
The room quality was not up to par with the price we paid. The lack of a proper ceiling made the room extremely noisy, and we were kept awake by outside parties and snoring neighbors.

The hotel's breakfast is scrumptious, with excellent coffee that made my mornings brighter. The family who runs the place is so friendly and accommodating that made me feel like one of their own guests! They gave us great recommendations and even organized activities for us. Their extensive knowledge of the local area helped us save time and money. the location is strategic, very close to the attractions I wanted to visit, and the price was very affordable during Christmas.
If you are partying till dawn, walking through a few unlit streets on the way back to the hotel could be a little unsettling. the shower's water pressure is weak during peak hours, and there were not enough power sockets in the dorm.

We had the private room for 4, with private bath, and it was like a gorgeous little boutique hotel at hostel prices. Loved hanging out in the charming courtyard. the owner was super helpful and friendly, making it our favorite hostel during our month of traveling. Wish we could take this room and this place around the world with us. We love it! !
Nothing that I didn't like. 😉.
